As a Unyte Endorsed Mentor for the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), I have the privilege of supporting practitioners as they deepen their understanding and confidence in using these nervous-system-based listening approaches. With many years of experience working with children and families, I enjoy sharing both clinical knowledge and the practical insights that come from working directly with clients. Mentorship provides an opportunity to learn together, explore individual client responses, ask questions, and thoughtfully consider how SSP and RRP can be incorporated into a broader therapeutic approach.

I am passionate about creating a supportive space where providers can reflect on their experiences, expand their clinical reasoning, and feel more confident in their work. I believe that every client is unique, and that successful therapeutic work begins with understanding the individual rather than simply following a protocol. As an ongoing learner myself, I value staying connected to current research, new perspectives, and the experiences of other practitioners.
